About Us

The Royal Bengal Master Chef Organization (RBMCO) is a prestigious culinary institution based in Kolkata, West Bengal. Established on December 21, 2020, it’s officially approved by the Government of India and certified under ISO 9001-2015 standards.¹

Their mission is to uplift and empower culinary professionals by providing recognition, support, and opportunities. They strive to create a platform where chefs can showcase their talents, enhance their skills, and achieve their career aspirations.

RBMCO offers various services, including training programs, international competitions, and advocacy efforts. They also publish a culinary magazine, which was launched on August 10, 2021, by World Master Chef Sylvester Rozario, who serves as their Chairman.
